Uniting Church Pastoral Care Program Uniting Church Pastoral Care Program  Start: The Uniting Church Pastoral Care Training Program is being offered again in 2013. It is designed to provide training and pastoral care for those working in Uniting Church settings. On succcesful completion of the program participants may receive a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Pastoral Care. The competency based course which may be completed in 18 months integerates theory and practice and begins with a workshop on Feb 14 and 15, 2013.For further information please contact Lynne Gibson or John Coles. We aim to increase awareness, understanding, and support for fair trade. The development of a strong and sustainable fair trade movement requires assistance from all Australian citizens. Our Complex at 45 Patrick Street is still undergoing refurbishment after the flood, however everything is in order for this event. Lab 1 is a quality communication and pastoral care course for Ministers, members of Church Council, pastoral carers, and anyone wanting to improve their communication skills. The Moreton Rivers Presbytery's Learning for Living course recommences on Thursday July 18 at the Presbytery office (22 Ashgrove Avenue, Ashgrove) at 7pm. The next unit is called “Experiencing Theology”. Everyone is welcome to participate in this opportunity to learn and grow.
